Andover CoFlex AFD Absorbent Foam Wound Care Dressing is an all-in-one absorbent foam dressing and cohesive bandage combined to bring forth the best wound care possible. The CoFlex AFD Dressing is quick and easy to apply during emergency situations making it ideal for first responders, EMTs, emergency rooms and trauma centers. CoFlex AFD Absorbent Foam Wound Care Dressing absorbs 140cc's of fluid, or as much as 29 standard 4 x 4 gauze pads and conforms to the wound cavity, but does not stick to the wound. The CoFlex AFD Absorbent Foam Wound Care Dressing also features a waterproof film layer over the foam pad that prevents leakage, keeps the pad from drying out and prevents contamination. In turn the CoFlex AFD Absorbent Foam Wound Care Dressing conforms to the wound reducing maceration and keeps the wound site moist and clean allowing for a faster heal time.

CoFlex AFD Absorbent Foam Wound Care Dressings provides controlled compression and will not constrict over time, therefore increasing circulation. CoFlex AFD features a quick-stick open cell foam that clings to itself, stays in place and will not unravel, making the CoFlex AFD last until it is no longer needed. CoFlex AFD is perfect for a variety of uses including for traumatic wounds, non-healing surgical incisions, lower extremity wounds and skin tears as well as burns, tracheotomies and chronic wounds. The CoFlex AFD Absorbent Foam Bandage is also ideal for the diabetic and geriatric communities who suffer from ulcers including venous leg, arterial and pressure ulcers as well as diabetic foot ulcers. CoFlex AFD Absorbent Foam Wound Care Dressings come in a variety of widths ranging from 2" to 6". Each CoFlex AFD Bandage roll measures 2-1/2 yards in length except for the 9840 which measures 7-1/2 yards. Bandages are sold by the case, with the number of rolls per case dependent upon the width size of the bandage.
