The In-Check DIAL is a hand held low range inspiratory flow measurement device with a dial top. The DIAL orifices have been designed to accurately simulate the resistance of popular inhaler devices such as MDI's, DPI's, Turbuhaler® and Diskus®. Misusing an inhaler is becoming increasingly common amongst Asthma sufferers; this often means only a small amount of the medication reaches the patient's lungs. The In-Check Dial helps to identify whether a patient is using their inhaler correctly This enables clinicians to train patients to use more or less inspiratory force to achieve their optimal flow rate with a particular device. This provides the best deposition of medication into the lungs.

The In-Check DIAL is supplied with a sterilizable plastic mouthpiece and an adapter which enables you to use a pediatric mouthpiece if necessary. The transparent body permits a visual inspection before use, and if required, one-way disposable mouthpiece or a bacterial/viral filter can be used to minimize the risk of cross infection. Every In-Check DIAL is individually calibrated to ensure a high degree of accuracy. Inspiratory flows in the range of 15 L/min to 120 L/ min can be measured. The In-Check Dial is accurate to +/- 10% or 10 L/min (whichever is greater). The manufacturer warrants that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship. Repair or replacement will be issued for any product which is found defective under the terms of this warranty. QuickMedical will assist with warranty issues within 30 days of product delivery. After that time, the products manufacturer must be contacted directly to address all warranty issues.

Return Policy

This item is not returnable after the package has been opened or if the original seal is broken. An exception may be made if the product is confirmed defective by the manufacturer and the manufacturer agrees to take them back. Products requiring refrigeration may not be returned.
