The Bierley MonoMouse Electronic Magnifier is a simple, easy-to-use, hand held device that helps anyone read printed text or see printed images at home using their existing television. The MonoMouse is the most popular of all magnifiers from Bierley. The MonoMouse Electronic Magnifier is compatible with any TV using the RCA video input. The Bierley MonoMouse magnifier is perfect for reading newspapers, magazines, books, prescription bottles, cooking instructions, food labels, bills, statements and much more. The display is black and white using an RCA connector.
The Bierley MonoMouse-RM Electronic Magnifier is identical to the MonoMouse but has the Reverse Mode (RM) function. The RM makes it easier on the eyes for those people with acute light sensitivity. The MonoMouse-RM has a high contrast negative image (pure white text on black background) and high contrast positive image (pure black text on white background). Bierley MonoMouse-RM Magnifiers provide a negative image and less glare, making them ideal for people with Macular Degeneration and who want to read text.
MonoMouse and MonoMouse-RM Electronic Magnifiers are durable and CE approved. Bierley Electronic Magnifiers are available in two separate fixed magnification levels. The high magnification level is 24X and the low magnification is 13X on a 20 inch monitor. With a low magnification Mouse, you will typically see 8 lines of regular newspaper size text on your television screen. With high magnification you will see 5 lines of text on your screen. Each TV Mouse includes a Bierley MonoMouse or MonoMouse-RM and six foot, easy to store cable.
