The manufacturer warrants that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship. Repair or replacement will be issued for any product which is found defective under the terms of this warranty. QuickMedical will assist with warranty issues within 30 days of product delivery. After that time, the products manufacturer must be contacted directly to address all warranty issues.

BIOSPACE Return Policy

BIOSPACE DOES NOT accept returns. Returns are only accepted for defective units at delivery. 1) Buyer shall notify BIOSPACE within three (3) days from the date of discovery of said defect. 2) In the event that BIOSPACE confirms the product defective 3) BIOSPACE will send a brand new unit to replace the defective unit. If unit shows up defective due to shipping/handling, Buyer must notify BIOSPACE immediately and BIOSPACE will provide a brand new unit for replacement. **This is included in the Sales Contract that the customer will sign.
