The unique butterfly shape helps keep the dressing comfortably in place during convalescence and normal activities, without the application of tape. The soft, smooth, lint free material is highly absorbent to wound drainage and perspiration usually associated with anorectal surgery, pruritis and other irritations. It has also proven effective with medication applied to the axillary region, under the breast, and between abdominal folds. Also excellent for Pediatric applications.

1. Remove the plastic cover and take one or two ARD pads as needed. 2. Using your finger as a guide, fold the ARD in half into a butterfly shape.
3. Place the folded ARD between the buttocks. Buttock pressure should be sufficient to hold the dressing in place.
