The Aaron 950G OBGYN Total Electrosurgical System is a combination of Bovie's finest products. The Aaron 950 G OBGYN includes the Aaron 950 High Frequency Desiccator with Cut, the Bovie Smoke Evacuator and a mobile stand, for a compact, portable system ideal for hospitals and OBGYN offices. Also included is a loop electrode kit and a smoke evacuator hose reducer fitting, for attaching a vaginal speculum to create one of the most cost-effective GYN systems on the market.

Aaron 950 High Frequency Desiccator with Cut

The Aaron 950 is a high frequency desiccator with cut, making it the first of its kind. The Aaron 950 features Cut, Blend, and Coagulation (60 watts), Fulguration / Desiccation (35 watts) and Bipolar (30 watts) modes. One half of the Aaron 950 is a high frequency desiccator out of the mold of the high quality Aaron 900, while the other half is a Bovie Generator with 60 watts of cutting power and coagulation capabilities. The Aaron 950 High Frequency Desiccator with Cut, is designed and engineered to be the most reliable and durable generator available on the market.

The first half of the Aaron 950 is the High Frequency Desiccator which eliminates the need for a tedious multi-step process to change from low to high power during electrosurgery, making the Aaron 950 the ideal high frequency desiccator for hospitals and clinics everywhere. The digital power control system allows the user to change from low to high by simply pushing the up / down buttons on the handpiece or by rotating the power control knob. Foot control is also available, just plug the same autoclavable handpiece, that normally operates the unit, in for foot control activation. Even when foot control is activated the user still retains the ability to activate the unit or adjust the output power via the up / down buttons.

The Aaron 950 High Frequency Desiccator with Cut features a rotary power-control dial, providing smooth, rapid power adjustments, and clearly, logically marked output modes for convenience. The Aaron 950 High Frequency Deisccator's 3 button handpiece offers superior tactile feel and comfort and the entire handpiece is molded into a comfortable grip. The 3 button handpiece is autoclavable making clean up a breeze and conveniently holds all standard 3/32" electrodes both safely and securely. The Aaron High Frequency Desiccator continuously monitors every aspect of the Aaron 950's output, instantly disabling the output at the sign of any problem for added user and patient safety.

The second half of the Aaron 950 is the Bovie Generator which features isolated power to also ensure user and patient safety and offers up to 60 watts in Cut mode, Blended Cut mode and Pinpoint Coagulation mode. The Aaron 950 is simple to use thanks to the easy-touch, color coded membrane pads, and the compact front panel containing all user controls and outputs. The ergonomic arrangement of the operating functions with the large rotary dial, provide quick operating mode selections and smooth power adjusting with the popular option to adjust the power from the handpiece as an inclusive feature. The Aaron 950 Bovie Generator offers six available presets labeled A-F allowing the user to save heavily used settings for one touch recall. Each preset conveniently stores the mode selection and power setting for one operating mode.

The Aaron 950 High Frequency Desiccator with Cut, features a non absorbent, non-staining, high impact ABS enclosure for simple cleanup as well as liquid resistant membrane switches than can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, saving staff time without compromising patient safety. Bovie Smoke Evacuator

The Bovie Smoke Evacuator is designed to be user friendly and extremely effective at smoke and particle removal at the operative sight, making it ideal for OBGYN practices and other specialty clinics. While intended for use with the Aaron 950 electrosurgical generator, the Bovie Smoke Evacuator is also excellent for use in controlling laser smoke. The Association of Operation Room Nurses (AORN) recommends the use of a smoke evacuation system to protect medical personnel from inhaling the smoke generated during electrosurgery procedures. The Bovie Smoke Evacuator features a 4 stage filter system to eliminate smoke in the operating site, making it ideal for OBGYN clinics, hospitals and surgery centers.
