Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Gift Certificate will require a credit card to fulfill the balance due. Unused balances on orders totaling less than the Gift Certificate dollar amount are not redeemable. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Applicable to online orders only. QuickMedical will not be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates. Your Gift Certificate expires 90 days from the date upon which it is issued.
