The Bio Med Emergency First Aid Wound and Eye Wash is a sterile aerosol spray containing 100% Bio-Logic Aqua, an all-natural, pH correct, pure tissue-culture grade of water. Bio-Logic Aqua tissue-culture grade water is naturally pure, non-allergenic, 100% safe for external application, and a proven natural moisturizer for skin and eyes. First aid experts prefer Bio Med Wash because it is all-natural, safe, sterile, convenient, non-allergenic, saline-free, propellant-free and additive-free. The Bio Med Emergency Wound and Eye Wash benefits wound management, wherever standard first aid calls for washing the affected area in tap water or saline solution. The application is helpful in removing particulate matter and crusted exudate from cuts and abrasions, and in removing irritating chemicals from skin and eyes. Bio Med Wash acts quickly to cleanse, soothe and dilute harmful liquid chemicals such as pepper spray or tear gas that has come in contact with skin or eyes.
The Bio Med Wash trigger actuator emits Bio-Logic Aqua tissue-culture grade water as a spray, therefore touching the wound is unnecessary. Cutting edge "bag-in-can" technology improves sanitation, avoids chemical propellants and preservatives, and increases the product's useful life by insulating the water against extreme heat and cold. Bio Med First Aid Sterile Wash is compatible with all other first aid products and may be applied as often as desired. Bio Med Wash is gentle enough for children.

BIO MED WASH has a shelf life of four years. Do not store in temperatures below freezing or above 120° F.
Saline (salt) decreases shelf life, makes water heavy and dehydrating, and can sting. BIO MED WASH is a light, saline free tissue-culture grade water proven to absorb more deeply and beneficially than other waters, including saline solution. Saline solution contains 140 times more dissolved solute than BIO MED WASH. Although dissolved solutes in minute quantities are beneficial for healing, the more solutes a water contains, the less the water is able to dissolve and wash impurities (saline solution is recommended for washing deep intramuscular cuts).
BIO MED WASH can help wash toxic oils from plants (such as poison ivy or poison oak) off skin and could help lessen the severity of the reaction.
BIO MED WASH will probably not remove all OC ("oleoresin capsicum" or pepper spray) from skin or eyes. The product provides a sterile wash to start the decontamination process, and can also help reduce the risk of secondary exposure for someone attending a sprayed individual. Note: OC should be washed off with great care and according to established first aid procedures. Contaminated areas should not be touched or scrubbed.
