The Kontrol Kube containment system consists of a durable and highly versatile containment unit with frame and enclosure, wheel base for mobility, HEPA Filtered Negative Air Machine and AirBase and making it the most complete system available. New features allow the Kontrol Kube to be set up in under 15 minutes, requiring no tools or special training. And when not in use the Kontrol Kube containment system can be collapsed allowing the unit to be stored easily taking up less space.

The Kontrol Kube Containment System enables a facility to quickly move containment into position for facilities maintenance or emergency patient isolation without the confusion involved with deciding what equipment is compatable. Because the Kontrol Kube Advanced comes equipped with all necessary components it can be put to work immediately, with very little assembly requiring no tools or special training. The Kontrol Kube System can be easily moved by one person while completely set up, eliminating the need to unhook the negative pressure machine or remove ladders and tools to move. The wheel base creates a total mobile system that can be deployed rapidly from location to location. A proven design in mobile containment units, the Kontrol Kube is a versatile unit configurable for both small and larger containment needs. Vital to all containment systems, the negative air machine ensures that all dust and particulates are captured. The Negative Air Machine has been designed to work seamlessly with the Kontrol Kube Containment unit, providing a temporary negative pressure environment.

Facility Maintenance. Kontrol Kubes can be deployed quickly and easily to eliminate the spread of harmful dust and particulates generated by daily maintenance work and procedures. The Kontrol Kube adjusts to ceilings of up to 8' (6550) or 10' (6551) when overhead containment is needed for maintenance or repairs such as cabling, light bulb replacement, HVAC access, or any other above ceiling work. The unit can also be used for side wall access when performing work such as plumbing or installing power and communications outlets. With use of the 30" wide Wheelbase (6543) the unit can be quickly moved through all AIA and NFPA compliant doors to any area where dust and particulate control is needed. When containment of a large area is required, the Kontrol Kube can be set up as an anteroom and used to isolate entire rooms during construction, renovation, or repair.

Patient Isolation. The Kontrol Kube can be configured for use as a temporary anteroom, converting and patient or procedure room into an emergency airborne isolation room. The Kontrol Kube can be quickly set up to provide containment wherever it is needed without costley disruptions to patients and schedules. The unit can be used in conjunction with either a negative or positive pressure patient room.

Kontrol Kube Enclosure. This premium enclosure option, when used with the adjustable aluminum UniFrame, offers durability and functionality with access from all four sides as well as critical ceiling access for maintenance, wall flanges, pass through portal, transparent window sections and exterior documentation pocket. Available are 8' and 10' enclosures to meet your facilities specific access requirements. Both units are adjustable down to a working height of 7'. The synthetic fabric enclosure is over three times stronger than traditional vinyl enclosures. This advanced fabric meets NFPA 701, California Fire Marshal, CPAI 84 and FMVSS 302 fire retardant specifications. Anteroom flanges connect the unit to a doorway allowing for room containment. Connector flanges allow multiple units to be connected together. 12" Negative Air Port ensures compatibility with all popular negative air machines, including Kontrol Kube Negaitive Air Machine. Webbing reinforcements in high stress and wear areas ensure long life of the Kontrol Kube Advanced.

Kontrol Kube UniFrame. Unlike other containment options the Kontrol Kube is built with an adjustable yet solid aluminum UniFrame, impressive in its durability and functionality. The ratcheted height adjustments enable the user to have maximum control while the bolt action pole system offers a smooth transition. Each of the poles is equipped with spring loaded locking mechanisms that fit securely into rubber gaskets giving the Kontrol Kube superior flexibility with uneven ceiling surfaces.

Kontrol Kube Wheelbase.The Kontrol Kube Advanced wheelbase is a solid reinforced aluminum platform able to support over a quarter of a ton on its four locking, non-skid casters. Use of the Wheelbase enables the Kontrol Kube System to be moved from place to placet with tools, equipment and even a ladder still inside.

Kontrol Kube Complete Negative Air Machine.The Negative Air Machine combines power and flexibility to form the perfect soltution for HEPA filtered negative pressure. The Negative Air Machine can be used as a negative pressure generator for the Kontrol Kube or by itself as a portable air scrubber. The Kontrol Kube Complete Negative Air Machine also comes equipped with a DOP Stage 2 First Pass Pre-filter ensure one pass HEPA filtration for air clearance every time. Three stages of air filtration include a first stage pre-filter, second stage DOP compliance filter, and HEPA filter. All filters are factory installed. Weighing in at 44 lbs the Negative Air Machine delivers a variable speed up to 500 CFM with HEPA filter installed.
