The Flow Dental 40854 SMART System Kit makes using phosphor plates just as easy, familiar and convenient as film. The unique SMART System Kit is simple to use making it ideal for any dental office. Just load the phosphor plate into the SMART cassette and snap it closed. The disposable cassette keeps phosphor plates safe from damage and protects them from moisture and light exposure. After loading the cassette, simply snap it into the SMART universal bite-block, attached to the arm and aiming ring, and place it in the patient's mouth.
The SMART system insures perfect plate / cone alignment every exposure. All the SMART parts are color coded for easy assembly, and cassettes are available for sizes 0 / 1 and 2 plates. The bite block, arm and aiming ring are all completely autoclavable, making cleaning a breeze.

When the bite-block is placed in the patient's mouth, the SMART indicator arm and aiming ring ensure perfect plate/cone alignment for every exposure. All SMART parts are color-coded for easy assembly.
