The MDF 747C Pediatric Dual Head Stethoscope is lightweight due to construction of anodized aluminum and chrome plated brass. For added patient comfort the pediatric bell side, detecting low frequency sounds, is fitted with a non-chill bell insert ring. The pediatric Diaphram detects high frequency sounds due to the ultra-thin fiber diaphragm. The advantage to the pediatric dual head chestpiece is to enable the user to auscultate a wide range of frequencies. The MDF 747C Pediatric Stethoscope is equipped with an adjustable headset and is constructed from chrome-plated brass with ComfortSeal Eartips.
The MDF747C features a Y configuration, single acoustic tubing constructed of non-cracking, non-sticking high-density latex-free PVC. Included with the MDF 747C Pediatric Dual Head Stethoscope are two additional ComfortSeal Eartips, an ultra-sensitvie Diaphragm and an ID tag.
