The Dual Head Chestpiece has a full rotational acoustic valve stern. The ultra sensitive diaphragm is sealed with a diaphragm retaining ring inorder to achieve optimum amplification and high frequency transmission of heart and lung sounds at 100 to 1000Hz. The MDF 797K Cardiology Stethoscope is equipped with an extra large and deep cone shaped Bell which can detect low freqency sound transmissions at 20 to 100 Hz. To ensure patient comfort the diaphragm and bell are equipped with a non-chill diaphragm retaining ring and bell ring.
