The Nonin PalmSAT 2500 Digital Handheld Pulse Oximeter is a small, versatile digital pulse oximeter used for accurate assessment of blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate, ideal for hospitals, nursing homes, surgery centers, sleep study facilities, and other medical centers. Made in the USA, the Nonin PalmSAT 2500 Handheld Pulse Oximeter has received United States Military approval for use in military aircrafts. Weighing only 7-1/2 ounces, the Nonin PalmSAT 2500 Digital Handheld Pulse Oximeter features an easy two button operation, a large user friendly LED display and 72 hours of data storage. The Nonin Palm SAT 2500 offers 3 power options: AA batteries, a rechargeable battery pack or an AC adapter (see ACCESSORIES tab above for more info). With the AA batteries the PalmSAT2500 offers 80 hours of battery life, while the battery pack offers 40 hours.

The Nonin PalmSAT 2500 is also available in the PalmSAT 2500A which features an alarm system that can be used. The 2500A allows the user to set both audible and visible alarms for results that are not standard including high or low pulse rate, high or low SpO2 and low perfusion. The Nonin PalmSAT 2500A still offers long battery life with 60 hours for AA batteries and 40 hours for the rechargeable battery pack.
