The Riester e-Mega is designed for lifelong precision with a highly durable precision movement and a specially tempered copper-beryllium diaphragm for pressure-loading up to 600mm Hg.

The e-Mega Sphygmomanometer features an ergonomic spoon design to facilitate quick inflation and lasting durability. Available with a single or dual tube design, each Riester Aneroid Sphygmomanometer is equipped with an improved, wear resistant air release valve allowing for fine adjustments and a controlled release. Protected by a micro filter, the air release valve and measuring system will not be affected by damaging particulates.
