Warranty/Return Policy

Return Policy: QuickMedical offers a 30-day return policy on most products. All returns must be in original factory packaging and undamaged. All parts and manuals must be returned. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. A factory restock fee may be charged on some items..

Return Shipping: Customer agrees to pay all return shipping charges.

Defective Items: All defective items must be confirmed defective with the factory.

Special ordered items: All items that are special ordered are non returnable. This will pertain to items with special color, size or alteration. QuickMedical will not be held responsible for items ordered with a special color not meeting customer requirement. Color swatches can be provided upon request.

Select items that are not covered by the 30-day QuickMedical money back guarantee include those products that have been opened or have a broken seal, that are exposed to body fluids like blood, breast milk, saliva, urine, sores or wounds. (see list below)

Not returnable if used:

• Breast pumps and accessories
• Wound treatment items
• Suspension Products
• Needle disposal items
• Bedwetting products
• Alcohol monitors
• Breath checking devices
• Thermometers
• Stethoscopes
• Nebulizers

Not returnable if opened:

• Test strips
• All self-testing kits (Allergy, A1c, Cholesterol Monitors)
• Software programs

Not returnable:

• Any Monitor that is exposed to blood pathogens
• Custom items - i.e. Exam Tables, seating, casework
• All items that require refrigeration are nonrefundable.
