QuickMedical is a Medical Supply Store offering a large selection of medical equipment and medical supplies. Established in 1993 we currently offer over fifteen thousand medical products and continue to grow our medical product line.

QuickMedical is an authorized distributor for Tanita scales, seca, Detecto, and Health O Meter. We provide the largest selection of medical scales available on the internet. QuickMedical also offers a large selection of home health supplies and fitness products. We specialize in blood pressure monitors, and have a blood pressure monitor for every application. We've organized the largest selection of home scales, body fat monitors and bathroom scales, with a variety of designs and price ranges. QuickMedical introduced the first digital Stadiometer, the 235 Heightronic for measuring stature, and the 447 Digital Infantometer for measuring recumbent length. Used world-wide, the 235 Heightronic and 447 Infantometer have set the standard for accurate height measuring.

UPS Tracking
Use the form below to enter in your assigned tracking number. UPS Tracking will not work until we have shipped your order and downloaded your information to UPS. Most orders can be tracked within 24 to 48 hours. Should your order not come up in the UPS system, please try again in 2 hours or us for assistance. QuickMedical uses UPS for most of their shipping needs.
On most QuickMedical orders, customers will receive a UPS tracking number by e-mail. However, when an order is drop shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse, an e-mail notification may not be provided.
UPS only ships to street addresses and will not ship to a PO Box.
Every effort is made to process and ship in-stock items the day the order is received. Orders received after 2:30 P.M. PST time will ship the following business day. For urgent deliveries, please call to confirm shipping.
A back order notification will be sent on any item that is not in stock.
The QuickMedical web site automatically calculates shipping cost based on standard shipping algorithms. We reserve the right to make the necessary corrections due to an electronic error. If the corrected amount results in a higher shipping fee of over $5.00, you will be contacted for approval prior to shipment.
Many of our products ship factory direct. Some manufacturers require a minimum order and may charge for broken cartons. Some manufacturers will not ship less than a full case lot. Some bulky items may require an additional freight amount above what is shown in our system. In this case you will be notified ASAP. You will also have the option to cancel the order at that time.

For freight shipments:
When your freight arrives...
Damaged shipments make up less the 1% of our freight deliveries, but accidents can happen. In case of damaged shipment, please follow the instructions below to facilitate repairs or reimbursements on the damaged portion of your order.
- Upon delivery, inspect your product thoroughly; note any damages to packaging or product on the freight bill.
- Any damage not noted on the freight bill may not be covered
- Refuse excessively damaged shipments and call QuickMedical immediately at 888-345-4858.
- If not noted on the delivery freight bill, product damage must be reported to QuickMedical within 10 days of receiving shipment by calling 888-345-4858.
Purchase Orders
Net 30 day terms are available to qualified hospitals, medical facilities, and government agencies within the United States. We regret that we do not extend credit terms to individuals or companies located internationally. Purchase Orders must be in writing and can be faxed to: 425-831-6032 or mailed to: QuickMedical P.O. Payment Options
At QuickMedical you may securely pay on-line with Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. We will also process your order by phone or fax. Select the products you would like to order, click the "Finalize Order" button, and print the "checkout" page. You can then fax or mail this page, or refer to it when ordering by phone. Return Policy
QuickMedical offers a 30-day return Policy on most items. All returns must be in original factory packaging and undamaged. All parts and Manuals must be returned. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. A Factory Restock fee may be charged on some items.
Return Shipping: Customer agrees to pay all return shipping charges.
Defective Items: All defective items must be confirmed defective with the factory.
Special Ordered Items: All items that are special order are non returnable. This will pertain to items with special color, size or alteration. Quick Medical will not be held responsible for items ordered with a special color not meeting customer requirement
Shipping: If delivery is refused or if Shipping Company cannot deliver for any reason the customer agrees to cover any additional shipping expense.
Guarantee / Warranty
All products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects. The product warranty information can be found on the product information page on our web site and/or inside the box or packaging. All products are covered by the manufactures standard warranty. Most products purchased through QuickMedical carry a 30-day money back guarantee. Simply call one of our sales associates to obtain a return authorization number and return the product in the original packaging to our warehouse. You will be credited the full purchase price upon receipt. Select items that are not covered by the 30-day QuickMedical money back guarantee include those that are exposed to body fluids like blood, breast milk, saliva, urine, sores or wounds are not covered once opened or seal is broken. Privacy Statement
When you provide contact or billing information by phone or Internet, that information is kept strictly confidential. We will not sell, share, or rent user information to any outside party not directly involved in the processing of your current transaction. All information transmitted by you to us while visiting our Web site is secured using the latest technology in software encryption and security.
Credit Card "Charge Backs"
Credit card Charge Backs happen when a customer requests a Charge Reversal with their credit card company. Most Charge Backs are due to unrecognizable transactions on the customer billing statement. Most credit card companies list the sellers phone number next to the charged amount on the customers statement. Please call the number posted if you do not recognize the charge and a customer service representative would be happy to clarify the item(s) purchased. Due to the costly time and fees involved with Charge Backs, QuickMedical will charge the customer a $25.00 fee for each Charge Back. In the event of any Charge Back transactions, the customer agrees to pay this fee.

we cannot be responsible for errors or omissions. Prices are updated
electronically and, despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on
QuickMedical.com may reflect incorrect prices due to computer or human error,
etc. Rest assured, we verify price changes on a regular basis. If the correct
price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount and
ship the item to you. If the correct price is higher than our stated price,
QuickMedical will contact you before shipping for your approval.
For all prices, products and offers, we reserve the right to make adjustments
due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer
price changes, errors, and other extenuating circumstances. We make every
