If a weight is between 0-20 pounds the readability is 0.5 oz and when the weight is between 20-44 pounds the readability is 1 oz. This afforadable Siltec BS1 Baby Scale is great for home use to establish the birth weight and to track the progression of weight gain.
Features include no auto shut off feature. This allows for the scale remain on even after no activity. There is on button that controlls all the functions - one push turns the scale on; when scale is on, one push of the button re-zeros the scale; when scale is on - push and hold botton for 3 seconds to shut the scale off. The super large plastic baby tray is easy removed to convert the scale to weighing a child.
The Siltec Baby Scale is initially shipped to weigh in lb / oz weigh mode - Scale can simply switch to kg to weigh in metric if you desire by turning the scale over and slide the switch. Powered by a 9 volt battery (not included) or AC adapter (INCLUDED).
