One Button Auto-Zero for both the Infant and Adult modes makes the task of weighing a quick and easy operation. For adults, set the platform on the floor and tap the Adult Zero Button with your toe. When the display indicates 0.0 the scale is ready. For infants, place the platform on a table, attach the infant slide-on tray, press Infant Zero Button and place the infant on the cradle.

The SR241 Adult or Baby Scale is powered by 1 common 9 volt alkaline battery, which will provide approximately 3000 weight readings before replacement.
