The SR463/465 is a Precision Digital Scale System specifically designed to be installed in the floor so that the weighing surface is flush. The multi-purpose design offers the versatility of being used as a Stand-On scale for weighing ambulatory patients as well as a Wheelchair / Chair / Walker Scale for semi or non-ambulatory applications.

Employing the latest in microprocessor and load cell technology, the SR465 provides accurate and repeatable weight data. Four (4) identically matched transducers are strategically placed to ensure an accurate representation of the patient's weight regardless of weight distribution. The patient's weight is displayed on a 16 character dot matrix L.C.D. With the push of a button, patient weight may be viewed in either POUNDS or KILOGRAMS with a displayed resolution of 0.1 Lb. / Kg. (100 grams).

The low power microprocessor circuitry allows the SR465 to derive its power from six (6) "D" cell alkaline batteries, which will provide approximately 20,000 weight readings before replacement. This eliminates the need for an external battery charger and the potential danger of an A.C. cord.

The SR465 is also available in an AC operated version (model SR463) for patient monitoring applications such as dialysis. The SR463 is temperature compensated for long term weight monitoring and is UL and cUL 544 listed.
