Tanita TBF-300A Body Fat Analyzer (formerly the Tanita TBF-300GS) utilizes patented foot-to-foot BIA technology (Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis) to make determining internal body composition a fast and accurate procedure.

The Tanita Digital Scale features a capacity of 440 lb. x 0.2 lb., three different modes: adult, child (7 years and up), athletic, and weight only function.

This lightweight, portable model prints out Fat Mass, Fat Free Mass, Fat Percentage, Total Body Water, BMR and Desirable Ranges automatically. Up to 9 copies, fast thermal printer, and RS-232 port for computer interface are standard the TBF-300A. Tanita body composition analyzers are used independently or they can be interfaced with a computer running Tanita Health Management Software. While most other professional scales rely on inexpensive mechanical levers and springs that may wear out quickly, the Tanita weighing system consists of a motionless block of solid metal known as a Single-Point Load Cell.
