The Tuttnauer 3870M Large Capacity Manual Autoclave Sterilizer is Tuttnauer's largest manual table top autoclave, making it perfect for multi-doctor practices, clinics or surgery centers. The Tuttnauer 3870M Large Capacity Manual Autoclave has a 15" x 30" chamber that can accommodate large instruments as well as a number of small instruments and has the capacity for 15 full size IMS cassettes.

The Tuttnauer 3870M features a double safety locking device that prevents the door from opening while the chamber is pressurized and an automatic shutoff following sterilization and drying cycles. The 3870M Large Capacity Autoclave has a convenient valve located in the front for easy draining and dual safety thermostats to protect against overheating. Depending on the instruments to be autoclaved, the normal temperature ranges for the 3870M are 250 degrees F (121 Degrees C) or 273 degrees F (134 Degrees C).
