The Wolf X-Ray Apron and Vest is secured by velcro giving the vest and apron a custom fit. The Wolf Xray Wraparound Apron and Vest distributes weight evenly between shoulders and hips for added comfort during continual wear. The Wolf X-Ray Wrap Around Apron and Vest's protection is combination, 0.5mm in the front and 0.3mm in the back. The Wrap Around Apron and Vest is also available with an attached Thyroid collar. The protection is 0.5mm at 80 kvp.
All Wolf Aprons have fashionable colors options to choose from. The exterior material is made out of a water repellent and stain resistant taffeta for easy care and clean-up. Durability is important for years of dependable service, in return the seams are reinforced with double stitching. To assist in comfort Wolf strives to make all X-Ray aprons out of the lightest available lead equivalency material.
Wolf Protective Featherlight Aprons are Lead Free. Featherlight is made up of a variation of non-toxic metals which include: tin, tungsten, bismuth and antimony which absorb X-Ray photons better than regular lead vinyl.. Although this choice of material is lead free the protection is 0.5mm which is equivalent to lead and are 28 percent lighter than conventional lead aprons.
