24-hour monitoring delivers valuable diagnostic data that cannot be acquired by means of conventional sphygmomanometers in the hospital and at home as it incorporates temporal blood pressure fluctuations, nocturnal blood pressure and the nightly fall and morning increase in blood pressure levels. ri-cardio uses clinically validated technology that is recognised by all three international standards: the British Hypertension Society, the European Society of Hypertension International Protocol and the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation.

It is designed to be light and compact for patient comfort. It uses motion tolerant technology to ensure measurement accuracy and its quiet pump action pumps to 30 mm hg above the last systole to reduce measurement duration for the patient. A patented, elastic cuff ensures correct positioning without the typical, unwieldy closure and its curved design is suitable for the larger arm. A flash memory chip in ri-cardio prevents possible data loss.

The blood pressure monitor can connect to a computer via USB and user-friendly software allows configuration, analysis and interpretation of collected blood pressure results that can show hidden clinical issues such as latrogenic hypertension, masked or therapy-resistant hypertension and hypotension with anti-hypertensive therapy. PDF reports are compatible with patient data systems and can be configured to summarise relevant statistical data.

Every effort is made to accurately pack and ship your order. Should you encounter a problem, please follow the instructions below.

Freight Damage – Inspect your shipment

Thoroughly inspecting your order is CRITICAL. We recommend you check your order immediately while the driver is present. If there is damage to the packaging or to the internal contents, please have the delivery driver make appropriate notations before signing for the shipment. Promptly notify our returns department of any freight damage. If damage is concealed, you MUST:

1 - Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

2 - Report damage in writing to returns@quickmedical.com.

3 - Include pictures and a description of the damage so that we may file the appropriate paperwork.

4 - Retain all original packaging material and packing information to accommodate for possible freight inspection.

Credit for returned goods

In order to receive credit for in stock items shipping from QuickMedical, product(s) must be returned within 30 days of invoice, must be unopened, and in salable condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Special order items, upholstered items (i.e.: stools and tables), opened or defaced products, discontinued products, used instruments, expired products, and products returned after 30 days of invoice WILL NOT be returnable.

In case of customer error, credit issued for in stock items will be less a 25% restocking and freight costs.

Return policy for non-stock, special order, and or drop shipped items will be subject to the return goods policy of the manufacturer.

All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization number clearly identified on the shipment. All items returned in any other manner will not be processed.
