Smart Caregiver Fall Prevention Monitors are ideal for any size facility to guard and protect their residents from potential falls. These FallGuard Alarm Monitors alert the caregiver when pressure from the pad is removed or if the pad has been unplugged. Any of these Fall Prevention Monitors can work with the 433-CMU Central Monitoring Unit as long as a Wireless Adapter (433-NCA) is plugged into the nurse call port on the monitor. Each Monitor is equipped with 3 different alarm tones to allow for monitoring of multiple residents.

The Smart Caregiver TL-2100CP Change Pad Indicator Fall Monitor functions with its respective components to monitor resident safety and activity. When the resident's weight is removed from the bed or chair pads, is detected on a floor pads, or when a seat belt is unbuckled, an alarm will sound. When the Change Pad Monitor is used with Smart Caregiver's Timed Pads, the expiration date of the pad will be tracked. Ten days prior to the expiration date, the TL-2100CP will alert the caregiver that the pad will soon expire. This alert can be reset and will repeat every 24 hours. Once the Pressure Pad has expired, an alarm will sound and the Fall Monitor will not reset until a new pad is attached. The Pad Indicator Monitor is F-tag compliant when using the Timed Pads.

These Smart Caregiver Fall Monitors are all equipped with a nurse call port. When a 433-NCA Adapter is inserted into this port the monitor functions wirelessly with the 433-CMU allowing caregivers to be notified at central station of resident activity.

The Smart Caregiver Alert Monitor has many features for the safety of residents and the convenience of caregivers. A "reset" button allows caregivers to turn off the alarm once they have checked on the residents. The Safety Auto-Reset feature automatically resets alarms when weight is re-applied to bed pads and chair pads, saving caregivers time in the case of a false alarm. Alternatively, a Tamperproof setting can be activated, which prevents resetting the alarm without a Caregiver Key (included).

The caregiver can set the Fall Alarm with 3 tones and can adjust the volume (90 decibels is default). A blinking light will also alert caregivers to the pad alarm, providing a visual cue for low-volume a

Freight Damage – Inspect your shipment

Thoroughly inspecting your order is CRITICAL. We recommend you check your order immediately while the driver is present. If there is damage to the packaging or to the internal contents, please have the delivery driver make appropriate notations before signing for the shipment. Promptly notify our returns department of any freight damage. If damage is concealed, you MUST:

1 - Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

2 - Report damage in writing to

3 - Include pictures and a description of the damage so that we may file the appropriate paperwork.

4 - Retain all original packaging material and packing information to accommodate for possible freight inspection.

Credit for returned goods

In order to receive credit for in stock items shipping from QuickMedical, product(s) must be returned within 30 days of invoice, must be unopened, and in salable condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Special order items, upholstered items (i.e.: stools and tables), opened or defaced products, discontinued products, used instruments, expired products, and products returned after 30 days of invoice WILL NOT be returnable.

In case of customer error, credit issued for in stock items will be less a 25% restocking and freight costs.

Return policy for non-stock, special order, and or drop shipped items will be subject to the return goods policy of the manufacturer.

All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization number clearly identified on the shipment. All items returned in any other manner will not be processed.
