The Smart Caregiver 433-PRB Wireless Caregiver Pager and Reset Button with LCD Display from Smart Caregiver.

The Caregivers are notified at the pager by either audible tone or vibration which component activated the alert. Bed, Chair, Floor Mat, Landing Mat, Window/Door Exit, Nurse Call Button and Motion Sensor components silently send a signal to the central monitor and instantaneously a wireless signal is sent to the pager to alert the caregiver. Notification to the pager eliminates in-room alarm noise. The alarm alerts at central monitor and/or caregiver pager alerts the caregiver when away from the Central Monitoring Unit. The alarm alerts at central monitor and/or caregiver pager and states the number of component sending a signal. The pager and the central monitor audibly and visually list the same information. The reset function enables the caregiver be notified and ability to reset and silence the central monitor remotely. Programming with Economy Central Monitor is required, not included. Every effort is made to accurately pack and ship your order. Should you encounter a problem, please follow the instructions below.

Product returned after 30 days of invoice

Products drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer

Freight Damage – Inspect your shipment

Thoroughly inspecting your order is CRITICAL. We recommend you check your order immediately while the driver is present. If there is damage to the packaging or to the internal contents, please have the delivery driver make appropriate notations before signing for the shipment. Promptly notify our returns department of any freight damage. If damage is concealed, you MUST:

1 - Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

2 - Report damage in writing to returns@quickmedical.com.

3 - Include pictures and a description of the damage so that we may file the appropriate paperwork.

4 - Retain all original packaging material and packing information to accommodate for possible freight inspection.

Credit for returned goods

In order to receive credit for in stock items shipping from QuickMedical, product(s) must be returned within 30 days of invoice, must be unopened, and in salable condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Special order items, upholstered items (i.e.: stools and tables), opened or defaced products, discontinued products, used instruments, expired products, and products returned after 30 days of invoice WILL NOT be returnable.

In case of customer error, credit issued for in stock items will be less a 25% restocking and freight costs.

Return policy for non-stock, special order, and or drop shipped items will be subject to the return goods policy of the manufacturer.

All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization number clearly identified on the shipment. All items returned in any other manner will not be processed.
