Tuttnauer 5075HSG Mobile Vertical Laboratory Automatic Autoclave provides many of the features of larger, high-capacity, laboratory-grade autoclaves at a significantly lower cost. Yet the 5075HSG Free-Standing Autoclave doesn't sacrifice performance, with an 160-liter capacity, pre- and post-vacuum operation, and pre-programmed automatic cycles. The Laboratory Sterilizer features a high-volume water-ring vacuum pump to provide powerful vacuum suction before and after sterilization cycles. This improves the drying efficiency of items after the cycle and the steam penetration into small and tight spaces during processing.

Tuttnauer's Upright Laboratory Autoclave features a coiled heating jacket around the autoclave chamber, which maintains the temperature while in stand-by mode, improving cycle times and uniformly distributing heat. Two shelves provides room for large sterilization loads. The Tuttnauer Large Steam Autoclave features a built-in 20 kW carbon steel electric steam generator. An automatic blowdown feature eliminates steam periodically and helps protect against the build-up of water impurities. To protect users from the high internal temperatures and pressure during cycles, the 5075HSG features a double-locking safety door. The door will not open during cycles and a control lockout switch prevents cycles from being run if the door is not fully locked.

The Mobile Sterilizer features a BacSoft control system with a bright, easy-to-read color LCD panel and a simple, 3-button touch pad. The Automatic Sterilizer is pre-programmed with 10 cycles, including 2 test cycles: the Bowie-Dick Test - verifying air removal effectiveness - and the Vacuum Leak Test - verifying the integrity of the chamber and pipes. During a sterilization cycle, the LCD features a readout of temperature and pressure, a green wheel to indicate activity, and a progress bar. Multiple access levels can be added for increased user security. The 5075HSG provides a variety of ways to view and record cycle data, including a built-in printer and USB and ethernet ports for transferring data.

The Tuttnauer Automatic Sterilizer is ideal for use in laboratories or in mid-size medical facilities. The door and Autoclave chamber feature a clean, professional appearance, constructed from 316L-grade stainless steel with an electro-polish finish. Included with the 5075HSG Sterilizer are 2 RTD load probes for use with liquid cycles. To support flexibility and ver
