The ColPac Chilling Unit for Cold Pack Therapy provides a convenient chilling and storage system for cold therapy products. The Chilling Unit opens from the top for easy access. Col-PaC Chilling Units keep the patented reusable ColPaCs at the proper temperature for cold therapy. The Mobile Chilling Unit requires no plumbing and connects to any 110v outlet. The caster wheeled base allows the ColPaC 00-3102 to be wheeled to patients when for therapy, and then rolled away for storage. Two push handles make maneuvering nearly effortless.

Ideal for physical therapy centers and rehabilitation clinics, the refrigeration unit comes complete with 6 standard and 6 half size cold therapy packet. Each re-usable ColPaC cold pack remains pliable and soft even below freezing for up to 30 minutes after being removed from the ColPaC Unit.

Every effort is made to accurately pack and ship your order. Should you encounter a problem, please follow the instructions below.

Discontinued product

Used instruments

Expired product

Product returned after 30 days of invoice

Products drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer

Freight Damage – Inspect your shipment

Thoroughly inspecting your order is CRITICAL. We recommend you check your order immediately while the driver is present. If there is damage to the packaging or to the internal contents, please have the delivery driver make appropriate notations before signing for the shipment. Promptly notify our returns department of any freight damage. If damage is concealed, you MUST:

1 - Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

2 - Report damage in writing to

3 - Include pictures and a description of the damage so that we may file the appropriate paperwork.

4 - Retain all original packaging material and packing information to accommodate for possible freight inspection.

Credit for returned goods

In order to receive credit for in stock items shipping from QuickMedical, product(s) must be returned within 30 days of invoice, must be unopened, and in salable condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Special order items, upholstered items (i.e.: stools and tables), opened or defaced products, discontinued products, used instruments, expired products, and products returned after 30 days of invoice WILL NOT be returnable.

In case of customer error, credit issued for in stock items will be less a 25% restocking and freight costs.

Return policy for non-stock, special order, and or drop shipped items will be subject to the return goods policy of the manufacturer.

All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization number clearly identified on the shipment. All items returned in any other manner will not be processed.
