Winco's Blood Drawing Chair is designed with a powder-coated steel frame for strength and durability. The 2575 Blood Drawing Chair is designed with high impact leveling feet to ensure a sturdy chair on almost any surface. The 2575 Phlebotomy Chair offers a flip-up, contoured urethane armrest that provides easy access for the patient and added safety for the user. Blood Drawing Chairs by Winco are ideal for phlebotomists, doctors, nurses and clinical laboratory scientists. Proudly made in the USA.
Choose from Standard, Color Upgrade, and Silvertex color choices shown above to coordinate perfectly with other furnishings in your facility. Silvertex color options provide a natural bacteria-fighting defense that inhibits odor and stain causing bacteria. Made out of 100 percent Polyester, Winco's Silvertex is also flame retardant and meets CA Tech 117 testing standards. The 2575 Phlebotomy Chair is available in TB 133 California Fire Code Upholstery (TB models) that meets the Flammability Test for upholstery. Freight Damage – Inspect your shipment
Thoroughly inspecting your order is CRITICAL. We recommend you check your order immediately while the driver is present. If there is damage to the packaging or to the internal contents, please have the delivery driver make appropriate notations before signing for the shipment. Promptly notify our returns department of any freight damage. If damage is concealed, you MUST:
1 - Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
2 - Report damage in writing to returns@quickmedical.com.
3 - Include pictures and a description of the damage so that we may file the appropriate paperwork.
4 - Retain all original packaging material and packing information to accommodate for possible freight inspection.
Credit for returned goods
In order to receive credit for in stock items shipping from QuickMedical, product(s) must be returned within 30 days of invoice, must be unopened, and in salable condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Special order items, upholstered items (i.e.: stools and tables), opened or defaced products, discontinued products, used instruments, expired products, and products returned after 30 days of invoice WILL NOT be returnable.
In case of customer error, credit issued for in stock items will be less a 25% restocking and freight costs.
Return policy for non-stock, special order, and or drop shipped items will be subject to the return goods policy of the manufacturer.
All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization number clearly identified on the shipment. All items returned in any other manner will not be processed.
