By using a dry environment, the Grafco Dry Heat Medical Sterilizer ensures that sharp instruments remain sharp, while being sterilized, as neither steam nor moisture will corrode the finest edge.

Grafco Dry Heat Sterilizer sterilizes instruments, needles syringes, dressings at 320 - 360 degrees F (160 - 180 degrees C). Additionally, Grafco Dry Heat Sterilizers can be used to dry wet packs or as a back-up sterilizer in your practice, making it the perfect complement to a traditional autoclave. This Stainless Steel Sterilizer features an exclusive internal-wall tubular heating system that won't burn out. Dry heat Sterilizers also operate at 320-360 degrees F, making them suitable for instruments, needles, syringes, and dressings. The Dry Autoclave is also low-maintenance because, unlike wet heat methods, dry heat sterilizers require no routine cleaning.

The Grafco Dry heat Autoclave is safe and simple to operate because it works without pressure, steam, or chemicals, which increases safety. The Dry Heat Sterilizer can sterilize trays with lids, allowing them to then be conveniently stored while maintaining sterility. Grafco Sterilizers also feature automatic timers with heat "hold" capability for continuous use. The high-quality stainless steel construction means the Sterilizing Device will not rust, ensuring long-lasting durability.

SPORE TEST STRIPS NOTE: The Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommends the sterilizer be tested weekly. For Dry Heat Sterilizers, use Bacillus Atrophaeus spore test strips.

Dry Heat Sterilizer kills bacteria without moisture and will not dull sharp instruments. Plus, they can be used to dry wet packs or as a back-up sterilizer in your practice - the perfect complelement to an autoclave.

Utility trays can be sterilized with lids on and stored without contamination. Also, the Grafco Sterlizer has an automatic timer with heat hold capability for continuous use in a busy practice.

Return Policy

Every effort is made to accurately pack and ship your order. Should you encounter a problem, please follow the instructions below.

Freight Damage – Inspect your shipment

Thoroughly inspecting your order is CRITICAL. We recommend you check your order immediately while the driver is present. If there is damage to the packaging or to the internal contents, please have the delivery driver make appropriate notations before signing for the shipment. Promptly notify our returns department of any freight damage. If damage is concealed, you MUST:

1 - Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

2 - Report damage in writing to

3 - Include pictures and a description of the damage so that we may file the appropriate paperwork.

4 - Retain all original packaging material and packing information to accommodate for possible freight inspection.

Credit for returned goods

In order to receive credit for in stock items shipping from QuickMedical, product(s) must be returned within 30 days of invoice, must be unopened, and in salable condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Special order items, upholstered items (i.e.: stools and tables), opened or defaced products, discontinued products, used instruments, expired products, and products returned after 30 days of invoice WILL NOT be returnable.

In case of customer error, credit issued for in stock items will be less a 25% restocking and freight costs.

Return policy for non-stock, special order, and or drop shipped items will be subject to the return goods policy of the manufacturer.

All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization number clearly identified on the shipment. All items returned in any other manner will not be processed.
