The AirCast CryoCuff Compression Cuffs are ideal for rehabilitating sports injuries, soft tissue damage and strains. The CryoCuff Compression Cuff combines compression and cold therapy to maximize therapeutic benefits and minimize healing time.

Each cold therapy compression system includes a water cooler, CryoCuff, and connecting hose. Each system's CryoCuff is fitted to specific body parts for ease of use and comfort. AirCast CryoCuff Coolers hold enough ice and water for 8 hours of continuous cryotherapy.

CryoCuffs are offered standard with a gravity feed cooler (included). A continuous feed AutoChill electric pump is also available for purchase (See accessories below). The AutoChill Pump circulates ice cold water and pressurizes the cuff for gentle compression. AirCast CryoCuff Products are proudly made in the USA.

Return Policy

Every effort is made to accurately pack and ship your order. Should you encounter a problem, please follow the instructions below.

The following items have return restrictions or are not returnable:

Special Order Items

Upholstered Items (ie: stools and tables )

Opened or defaced product

Discontinued product

Disposable product

Used instruments

Expired product

Product returned after 30 days of invoice

Products drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer

Freight Damage – Inspect your shipment

Thoroughly inspecting your order is CRITICAL. We recommend you check your order immediately while the driver is present. If there is damage to the packaging or to the internal contents, please have the delivery driver make appropriate notations before signing for the shipment. Promptly notify our returns department of any freight damage. If damage is concealed, you MUST:

1 - Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

2 - Report damage in writing to returns@quickmedical.com.

3 - Include pictures and a description of the damage so that we may file the appropriate paperwork.

4 - Retain all original packaging material and packing information to accommodate for possible freight inspection.

Credit for returned goods

In order to receive credit for in stock items shipping from QuickMedical, product(s) must be returned within 30 days of invoice, must be unopened, and in salable condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Special order items, upholstered items (i.e.: stools and tables), opened or defaced products, discontinued products, used instruments, expired products, and products returned after 30 days of invoice WILL NOT be returnable.

In case of customer error, credit issued for in stock items will be less a 25% restocking and freight costs.

Return policy for non-stock, special order, and or drop shipped items will be subject to the return goods policy of the manufacturer.

All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization number clearly identified on the shipment. All items returned in any other manner will not be processed.
