The Bowman FD-062 Respiratory Hygiene Station with Lock offers a great way for medical facilities to have flu hygiene products readily available to patients and staff members. The Infection Control Kiosk holds two boxes of facemasks, one to two boxes of facial tissues, and one bottle of hand sanitizer. The Respiratory Hygiene / Flu Station is perfect for waiting rooms, hospitals, clinics, schools and other public places interested in preventing the spread of commonly transmitted organisms.

The Flu Prevention Station features a hinged locking lid to keep full cases facemasks and tissues secure along with a flexible locking lid for keeping the hand sanitizer bottle secure. The Flu Prevention Kiosk is constructed of quartz ABS plastic while both locking lids are made from PETG plastic. ABS plastic has a strong chemical and stress cracking resistance which makes the FD-062 extremely durable. The Flu Hygiene Kiosk has an attractive quartz finish which is easily cleaned with either a mild cleaner or soap and water.

The Infection Prevention Station is perfect for countertop placement but also features rear keyholes for wall mounting. Optional stands allow the station to stand along, becoming a true Flu Kiosk - See accessories below. Optional Sign Holders are also available which can be used to display important information for visitors and staff members - See accessories below. Every effort is made to accurately pack and ship your order. Should you encounter a problem, please follow the instructions below.

Freight Damage – Inspect your shipment

Thoroughly inspecting your order is CRITICAL. We recommend you check your order immediately while the driver is present. If there is damage to the packaging or to the internal contents, please have the delivery driver make appropriate notations before signing for the shipment. Promptly notify our returns department of any freight damage. If damage is concealed, you MUST:

1 - Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

2 - Report damage in writing to

3 - Include pictures and a description of the damage so that we may file the appropriate paperwork.

4 - Retain all original packaging material and packing information to accommodate for possible freight inspection.

Credit for returned goods

In order to receive credit for in stock items shipping from QuickMedical, product(s) must be returned within 30 days of invoice, must be unopened, and in salable condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Special order items, upholstered items (i.e.: stools and tables), opened or defaced products, discontinued products, used instruments, expired products, and products returned after 30 days of invoice WILL NOT be returnable.

In case of customer error, credit issued for in stock items will be less a 25% restocking and freight costs.

Return policy for non-stock, special order, and or drop shipped items will be subject to the return goods policy of the manufacturer.

All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization number clearly identified on the shipment. All items returned in any other manner will not be processed.
