QuickMedical currently collects sales tax in the states listed below. Sales tax rates are based on the shipping address used by the customer. Upon placing an order on the QuickMedical website, under the shipping address in check out, you will have the option to download a Tax-Exempt Certificate for the delivery address state. Then all orders shipping to the state noted on the certificate will be tax exempt. For those customers that have shipping addresses in multiple states, a certificate for each state will be required to be considered tax exempt.
Downloaded Certificates must be a legal tax-exempt certificate issued by the state. Tax exempt certificates deemed not to appear as a legal state document, will not be eligible for tax exempt status and all taxes will be applicable.
When Faxing a Purchase order to QuickMedical, please send your tax-exempt certificate if applicable.

All purchase orders sent to QuickMedical are processed promptly after receipt. A confirmation will be faxed or e-mailed to you for your convenience. If you do not receive our confirmation please call to confirm or resubmit your purchase order.
PO's with Expedited Shipment
For expedited shipments, it is recommended you call and confirm our ability to ship your order as requested on your PO.
The QuickMedical payment term is net 30 days. Please indicate net 30 days on your purchase order to prevent delays in the processing of your order.
If you received a quote from QuickMedical, please put the quote number on your purchase order to ensure accurate pricing.
QuickMedical offers Net 30-day payment terms to qualified approved companies.
To apply for Net 30-day credit terms, click on the Sign In button below, then Log into your existing QuickMedical account or create a new account, fill out the credit application then submit, it’s that easy.
After you submit your credit application, you will be instantly eligible for Net 30 Day credit terms in a pending status. Then after our evaluation, you will be approved or denied. If your application is denied, we will require a credit card payment to process all orders. If approved, you will receive notice your application was approved, then all orders will be processed.
Once approved for credit terms, you can purchase on the QuickMedical web site, just select Net 30 days at check out and attach a copy of your PO, or you can fax your Purchase order to 425-222-6030 and we’ll process your order promptly.

Credit Card Charge Backs happen when a customer requests a Charge Reversal with their credit card company. Most Charge Backs are due to unrecognizable transactions on the customer billing statement. Most credit card companies list the seller's phone number next to the charged amount on the customer's statement. Please call the number posted if you do not recognize the charge and a customer service representative will be happy to clarify the item(s) purchased. Due to the costly time and fees involved with Charge Backs, QuickMedical will charge the customer a $25.00 fee for each Charge Back. In the event of any Charge Back transactions, the customer agrees to pay this fee.
