Our ground shipping orders are shipped standard ground via UPS or FedEx. Tracking information is sent via email once the order ships, if
you do not receive tracking information please contact us directly. If expedited shipping or shipping outside of the continental US is needed
please call us for assistance.
Freight Shipping Options
We offer curbside delivery, end of truck delivery and white glove delivery. You must specify which type of freight shipping you prefer at the
time of your order. It is important that you carefully read all options to be sure you select the delivery option that is best for you. If you need
to change your delivery type please call us immediately to see if we can accommodate your request. Most in stock freight orders ship within
1-2 business days. Estimated transit times for standard end of truck delivery will typically range from 2-7 business days within the contiguous
US depending on your specific location. Please note that curbside delivery with a lift gate will typically add 1-2 business days to the transit
time. White glove delivery can add an additional 1-2 weeks to allow for the proper scheduling and staging of your order. Please note that due
to the ongoing challenges facing the transportation industry in regards to labor shortages, these estimates can vary drastically and are not
Curbside Delivery with a Lift Gate: The driver will deliver your order curbside and you will take responsibility to move the order inside your
facility. The driver can not move the delivery inside your facility or assist in any way.
End of Truck Delivery: Your facility has a loading dock or fork lift to remove the delivery from the truck. You take full responsibility for
unloading the order at the time of delivery. If you have limited access, can not accommodate a 53' truck, there will be an additional
surcharge. Common sites with limited access include, but are not limited to: construction sites, mine sites, military bases/installations,
churches, prisons, schools/universities, gated communities/residential properties, convention centers, funeral homes, country clubs and VA
hospitals/VA medical centers.
White Glove Delivery: Our White Glove Delivery service provides end to end management of your order. We receive, assemble, deliver,
stage and clean up all packaging materials. Narrow doors, walkways, tight corners and stairs can prevent your products from being delivered
inside your facility as ordered. If you feel you have any obstacles that could prevent White Glove delivery, please raise those issues when

Receipt and Inspection of your Delivery
Immediately upon arrival, inspect your shipment. For freight shipments the delivery drivers must wait for the product to be inspected at time
of delivery. Open all packages and visually inspect for scratches, cracks, tears, and punctures. If applicable, open all drawers and doors and
inspect all corners. Look under the pallet to see if there is hidden damage caused by a forklift. If damage is found, please write detailed notes
on the Freight Bill before signing and save a copy of the freight bill for your records. If possible, take pictures of all damages, then call Quick
Freight damage happens on less than 1% of all freight shipments and some damages are easily repairable at your location, if applicable; the
manufacturer will send replacement parts. Damages not noted on the Freight Bill will not be eligible for a no charge replacement or any
repair labor costs. This is regulated by the shipping industry and QuickMedical can not be held liable for damages not noted on the delivery
bill. In the event of a damaged shipment, do not dispose of any packaging until the freight company finalizes the damage claim.
Refuse Shipment if Product is Damaged Excessively
If you feel the product damages are non-repairable at your location, refuse the shipment. QuickMedical will then process your replacement in
a timely manner. If your shipment arrives damaged, call QuickMedical immediately. If possible please take detailed pictures of all damages;
this will assist in the replacement or insurance claim process. In the event of a damaged shipment, do not dispose of any packaging until the
freight company finalizes the damage claim.
Non-Damaged Refused Shipments
Refusing shipments is costly, the customer is responsible for all fee's and additional shipping cost related to refused shipments unless the
product is damaged. Additional cost could include: storage fees, return shipping and restocking fee's. QuickMedical cannot be held liable for
storage fee's or lost revenue due to facility down time in the event of a late or damaged shipment. These rules are set forth by the freight
delivery companies, once the shipment is signed for it becomes possession of the recipient and damages not noted on the freight bills are no
longer the responsibility of the shipping company or QuickMedical.
