Summit Doppler Vista ABI / AVS Advanced Vascular Systems perform Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) tests for the diagnosis of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) and are fast, efficient, and meet reimbursement criteria. The Vista ABI L450VA automatically calculates the ABI through Doppler and Pulse Volume Recording (PVR) modalities. The Vista AVS L500VA automatically calculates the ABI, TBI (Toe Brachial Index), and segmental calculations through Doppler, PVR, and photoplethysmography (PPG) modalities. The Vista vascular systems have the capability to perform seated ABI exams for patients with mobility impairments with the ability to compensate for the effect of gravity.

The Vista ABI System is suited for both continuous-wave Doppler and Pulse Volume Recording (PVR) modes of ABI testing to provide flexibility when conducting arterial exams. The L450VA - Vista ABI is a full-featured ABI system designed to make the ABI exam faster and easier to conduct, interpret, and document. The ABI System obtains dual ankle pressures to conform with CPT code 93922 and features an on-screen guide with a convenient hand-held controller, a graphic waveform display with step-by-step instructions, automatic cuff inflation and deflation, and a b
